Chapter 3 Graphics works on some of the biggest sporting events in the world, including Wimbledon, The Paralympics, Formula One, UEFA, Women’s EURO, International Cricket, Sail GP, NFL, as well as on a raft of entertainment shows and branded content. Our designs can be seen across a range of award-winning shows and on broadcasters such as BBC Sport, SKY, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5, BT and more.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Motion Graphic Designer, to join our busy design studio based in Kew, West London. The post would suit someone who is self-motivated, has a passion for sport and a desire to stretch their creative muscle on a daily basis. Your showreel will demonstrate creative flare, passion for art and design and show desire to create beautiful and distinctive work.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Manage and have creative responsibility for assigned projects end to end.
- Working on the tools to deliver high quality, breath-taking, creative motion design.
- Working autonomously and leading a team to come up with engaging concepts, create style frames, storyboards and animation exploration.
- Designing motion graphics for live sport and entertainment events for broadcast including Title Sequences and On Screen Presentation graphics packages.
- Working with clients, taking briefs and advising on concepts and ideas.
- Be a client brief guardian, ensuring that all deliverables align with production and brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on time, on budget and with excellence in quality and design.
- Designing to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment.
YOUR SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years industry experience, with 2+ years at a Senior Motion Design level.
- Background in TV / broadcast / Film industries and live events, with experience of the sports industry.
- Experience of leading projects end to end and working directly with clients.
- Strong skills in motion design and typography.
- Excellent knowledge of After Effects and the Adobe suite is essential.
- You’re a wizard in Cinema 4D and have in-depth understanding of Redshift / Octane.
- You may also have experience/knowledge of any of the following: Unreal / Blender / X-Particles / Nuke or bring an interest to learn.

We work in the Broadcast industry, therefore this role may require a degree of flexibility and some occasional weekend working at events on site, e.g. Wimbledon, production studios, stadiums, UK and abroad. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.
We offer the option of flexitime hours subject to project requirements.
