The Role

We are looking for a driven, highly creative, and proactive individual, who has experience in content creation and planning across multiple digital channels – from Instagram reels to email marketing— as well as an unrelenting passion for beautiful interiors and design.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days remote, 2-3 days in London offices/showrooms but you will need to live in close proximity to London, as you’ll be in and out of our showrooms, attending events, shoots – always thinking about your next photo or video opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Independently create and edit a constant stream of high-quality content that encapsulates the AM brand - with a particular focus on social media (especially short form video for instagram reels & Tik Tok)

• Take ownership of all of AM’s social channels – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube (+TikTok), producing content tailored to each platform

• Launch AM’s organic Tik Tok profile (a new social channel for us) and produce content for both organic and paid ads

• Create content for bi-weekly email newsletters in Klaviyo (email marketing platform) and monthly blog posts on our website

• Work with the Head of Digital to plan, develop and execute a winning content marketing plan spanning all digital channels

• Regularly monitor and analyse data including social listening from a variety of sources to measure effectiveness and implement optimisations

• Stay true to the Andrew Martin brand across all online touchpoints to maintain our brand identity with a consistent look, feel and tone of voice

Skills & Competencies

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a background in planning, developing & producing effective video & photo content

Ability to translate and develop a brand’s visual identity into compelling content (motion and statics)

Proven success in running another high-end brand’s social media accounts, ideally but not necessarily in the home space

Photo and video editing skills

High level of written competency, ideally with some copywriting experience and a flair for telling stories

Meticulous attention to detail

Social media savvy: you need to live and breathe the social world; be up to date with the latest platform releases and trends

Strong communication skills and the ability to take on feedback
