Studio/Account Executive

The Studio/Account Executive is a support to The Barn team. As a Studio/Account Executive, your role will primarily be working with the Account and Customer Support Manager, helping to deliver projects, both large and small, within brand, creative and eCommerce, ensuring all aspects of the implementation are delivered at a high level of quality, on time and within the agreed budgets.
The Studio/Account Executive role includes responsibility for managing the virtual office, website and social media presence as well as budgeting, ordering and tracking certain aspects of projects.
The ideal candidate will need excellent organisation skills, and presentation skills, both spoken and written with a positive, team-focused work ethic. Impeccable interpersonal skills are required so that the Studio/Account Executive can collaborate and build relationships with clients as well as support the internal team. Excellent time management skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail position the Studio/Account Executive for success.
Job Spec
- Attend briefings, WIPs and production meetings.
- Work with the Account Manager to produce and manage weekly workflows for the production team.
- Maintaining positive client relationships and scheduling meetings throughout a project.
- Filtering briefs and feedback received before the creative team receives it to ensure we have the right information and educating on the best way to brief and feedback to the studio.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within time and budget.
- Writing project documentation and managing project workflow tools.
- Working with the finance department to manage project invoicing and budgets.
- Supporting the commercial team with pitch documentation and proposal production.
- Manage and update the company website and LinkedIn page.
- Keep organised Google Drive and Dropbox folders for each client to help support the Project Manager and Designers.
- Provide input or help as needed – an additional set of eyes on design.
- Help the Director of Operations with reconciling Quickbooks, invoicing, and developing financial reports for analysis.
