Job Description
HOLTE are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help build and execute the brand’s marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, partnerships and lead generation. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, execute meticulously, and enjoys the pace and variety that comes with a small but ambitious design studio.
This is a new position and therefore a rare opportunity to build the foundations of our marketing function from the ground up. The right candidate will have the opportunity to add to their marketing team as the business grows.

Do you have:
3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within design, interiors, lifestyle, or a premium consumer brand?
Proven digital marketing skills across content and paid media?
Knowledge of Adobe suite?
Experience managing brand positioning and campaigns?
Strong organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail?
What the job involves:
Strategy & planning
Develop & execute HOLTE’s annual marketing & brand development plan
Help to shape and improve the HOLTE customer journey in collaboration with the leadership team
Content & brand
Oversee brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all channels
Manage the production & oversee posting of high-quality content for social media and other platforms as required.
Own the website’s marketing content (copy, landing pages, case studies)
Lead generation & digital marketing
Plan & manage paid media (Meta ads, Google Ads, Pinterest etc) in accordance with budgets set by leadership
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
Deliver monthly performance reports to the leadership team
Partnerships & PR
Manage ongoing relationships with other brands, trade clients and influencers
Seek new, relevant partnerships that will help the brand achieve growth targets
Work closely with our PR consultant to develop our brand positioning

£40k - £50k p.a. salary, depending on experience

This position is full-time, although part-time applications will be considered. Normal opening hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our studio and showroom are just off Broadway Market, Hackney.
