WMA is looking for a Digital / Social Analyst to join our Partnerships team to drive digital/social platform strategy, growth and community engagement via insights, data and analytics across a range of social channels including Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and Discord.

The individual will have experience as a digital/ social analyst within an agency environment, with proven experience across the social landscape. They must have an excellent strategic mindset and be passionate about how audience behaviour drives data and insights.

The position sits within our Brand Partnerships team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Produce multiple client-facing reports weekly, maintaining a high standard of all reporting processes.

● Concise report writing and hypotheses, developing frameworks.

● Build data visualisations and custom dashboards.

● Inspire the team to make decisions based on data and insights, contributing to strategy, ideation and creative sessions.

● Lead in-depth channel performance analysis with a data-driven approach that drives growth and community engagement.

● Contribute to regular debrief sessions and presentations.

● Turn data into strategic learnings for the team to implement on a weekly basis.

● Track client KPI’s, benchmarks and learnings, adapting accordingly.

● Audit campaign performance to pull key learnings, themes and trends.

● Drive innovation via digital platform research, making recommendations on channel creative, formats and content.

● Build the department's analytics and insights capabilities, introducing relevant tools and systems.

● Carry out channel audits and audience profiles.
