As a Senior Art Director, you will be the driving force behind the conceptualization, execution, and completion of high-impact, social-first creative campaigns for globally recognized brands. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Designers, and Strategists, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure our creative vision is fully realized—from initial pitch to final delivery. Your role will blend top-level creative thinking, hands-on art direction for social-centric content, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Direction
Oversee the entire creative process for multiple campaigns—setting the visual tone, aligning creative strategy with client objectives, and maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
Champion social-first approaches that consider platform-specific best practices, from TikTok to Instagram and beyond.
End-to-End Project Oversight
Guide projects from ideation through to production and post-production, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
Integrate social-specific requirements—such as vertical video formats, short-form storytelling, and platform-tailored content.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Present campaign concepts, decks, and social-first creative strategies to clients, confidently representing R.N.A’s vision and expertise.
Serve as the primary creative point of contact during live productions, shoots, and social content roll-outs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Inspire, coach, and direct cross-functional teams—providing constructive feedback, fostering professional growth, and ensuring smooth collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
Encourage experimentation with evolving social media tools and trends to keep client campaigns innovative.
Strategic Brand Development
Work with internal strategists to translate brand insights and research into compelling creative propositions, pushing boundaries to achieve cultural impact and innovation.
Embed social-first thinking into broader brand strategies to ensure cohesive integration across channels.
Production Coordination
Partner with R.N.A producers and external vendors to coordinate logistics for on-site and remote shoots, ensuring all creative deliverables align with the approved concepts, brand guidelines, and social media best practices.
Quality Control & Final Sign-Off
Review and refine work throughout the creative process, providing final approval on all creative outputs to guarantee consistent excellence.
Optimize final assets for various social platforms, ensuring format and messaging effectiveness.
Trend & Industry Awareness
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts—ensuring our work remains cutting-edge and culturally relevant in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods.
Stay current on social media platform updates, analytics, and new features to drive data-informed creative decisions.
Requirements
Proven Campaign Leadership
At least 4–5 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house creative team, with a track record of leading successful social-first campaigns for well-known brands.
Strong Conceptual & Strategic Thinking
Demonstrated ability to develop original ideas that resonate with clients and consumers alike, balancing creative flair with strategic goals.
Expertise in shaping campaigns specifically designed to thrive on social platforms.
Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills
Confidently present concepts and creative strategies to senior-level clients, guiding them through the rationale behind design decisions and production approaches.
Ability to articulate and sell through social-first creative ideas with clarity and authority.
Team Management Experience
Skilled in mentoring, inspiring, and coordinating teams of designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
Able to guide social content creation from concept through to final execution.
Technical Proficiency
Comfortable working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiar with production processes across diverse media (print, digital, video, social).
Understanding of social media technical specifications and best practices (e.g., aspect ratios, character limits, and platform capabilities).
Adaptability & Curiosity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, staying current with cultural trends, fashion, and lifestyle movements—particularly on social media.
Eagerness to explore new formats and platforms to keep campaigns relevant and fresh.
Remote Collaboration
Comfortable working in a remote-first setup with a Europe-based team, managing multiple time zones effectively.
Experienced in leveraging digital communication and project management tools to align teams and deliverables.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Location: Remote (Europe-based team)
Contract Type: Rolling annual contract (with an initial 3-month probation period)
Holidays: 28 days of paid holiday per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 09:00 – 18:00 (flexible)
