Role: Midweight Graphic & Motion Designer - Healthcare / Pharma

Role description:

Are you a highly creative and passionate Motion or Graphic Designer? Do you want to work on projects that make a difference? If so, we want you to join our team!

We are seeking talented and motivated Midweight Motion and Graphic Designers (or those who can do both) to work on all parts of the design process for our healthcare clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative visual content that will help communicate their messages effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior designer with concepting and executing creative output for our healthcare accounts.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop engaging and successful campaigns and content.
• Design and produce high-quality motion and graphic assets for various digital campaigns and platforms.
• Passionate about design, has an interest in the design community and is always seeking inspiration.

Key skills:

• Adept across the Adobe suite, in particular After Effects for Motion Designers and Photoshop & Illustrator for Graphic Designers.
• A self-starter, you are keen to get stuck in and like to try out new things.
• Idea-driven - making things look cool is a great skill but we like it backed up with ideas.
• Not precious, you're always open to feedback and collaboration.
• Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
• An understanding of marketing, especially in social media.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years experience producing professional work for a number of different clients.
• A portfolio that shows; a real passion for design, creative ideas well executed, typographic excellence, creating content for a brand or working within brand guidelines, sketching, storyboarding and styleframes.
