About the role

As a valuable member of the Marketing Team, you’llhave a strong growth track record which enablesyou to lead and own our Performance marketing forclients including Google Ads and Paid Social.Working with the Marketing Leads, you will be responsiblefor leading paid media strategies andexecuting campaigns on behalf of our clients.This role would report directly to the CMO & CommercialDirector who will encourage you to exploreand try new options for targeting on our various channels.The successful candidate will have 3+ years of performancemarketing experience in a similar role.

Ultimately, you will be confident and passionate aboutimproving our creative or create newbest-in-class quality campaigns that engage, inform,and motivate.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.1

Responsibilities:

●Manage and own campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google,managing budgets and partnerrelationships

●Presenting campaign strategies and media plans forreview and client approval

●Increase direct response through continuous ideation,testing and learning of ad copy andcreative

●Enable efficient scaling through audience and targetingoptimisation

●Work with cross functional team to establish growthstrategies to support our partners and ourown revenue goals

●Collaborate with team to share learnings, best practicesand execute new ad ideas

●Create and execute on a wide range of content campaignsto drive engagement andeducation

●Working closely with our design team on ad creation

●Measures and reports performance of all digital marketingcampaigns and assesses againstgoals (ROI and KPIs) and uncover areas for improvement

●Identifies trends and insights, and optimises spendand performance based on the insights

●Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies throughdigital marketing

●Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversionoptimisation tests

●Identifies critical conversion points and drop offpoints and optimises user funnels

We will be a great match if you have:

●3+ years’ experience in performance marketing - acrossall major search, social and paid forplatforms

●Managed strategy and delivery across PPC, Paid Social,Affiliate and Display (+Amazon abonus)

●Proven track record of delivering strong performancemarketing plans, including devisingstrategy

●Great communicator used to working closely with stakeholders

●Highly analytical and experience of using data todrive decision-making

●A self-starter attitude wanting to thrive in a fast-growingagency, creative thinker and who canstrategise and execute on their own and through others

●Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to attributeperformance to channels and campaigns

●Comfortable presenting plans and strategies to clients
