The Commercial Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in gaining fruitful new clients for Hi Mum! Said Dad. Sat at the heart of strategy, marketing and sales, you’ll help us create transformative digital products that fundamentally change the way our clients do business.

What will you be doing?

Hi Mum! Said Dad is looking for a brilliant Partnerships Manager to lead new client business development.

You will use your experience in business development to target C-suite and enterprise level prospects in incumbent and challenger banks, fintech start-ups and VCs across markets.

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will help drive the entire sales cycle, from generating leads, through to meeting potential clients to introduce Hi Mum! Said Dad’s offering and working with the strategy team to create proposals based on the client brief.

You will help the team build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against targets and ensure KPI’s are met.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be expected to think out of the box from day one and given the freedom to be creative and figure out how to get us in front of dream clients.

We think that the following things will help:

  • 3+ years of experience within a similar role where you have been selling complex digital products and/ or consultancy services to enterprise customers
  • Experience in digital products
  • Ability to balance creative and strategic thinking to understand potential clients business challenges and capture the attention of prospects
  • A good knowledge of digital products and emerging technologies
  • Excellent written skills with an ability to create highly original content
  • A tenacious and persistent approach
  • Warm and empathetic personality
