Freelance, 1 day per week, £165 day rate (£40k pro-rata).

About Us

Mini Editions was born from a desire to make playful & inspiring wall art for children that the whole family can genuinely love – thoughtful, design-led pieces that feel just as at home in grown-up spaces as they do in kids’ rooms.

Founded by Ciara and Dorcas (the team behind artist agency Grand Matter), we curate beautiful artwork collections created by some of the best illustrators around the world. As much about inspiring the next generation as creating beautiful, memorable spaces, we tap into our inner child to celebrate the wonderful, fun and curious things of the world, and encourage children to use their imagination.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a creative, proactive marketing strategist to join us on a freelance basis. Reporting to the founders you’ll be responsible for shaping, implementing and delivering our marketing strategy to build our audience, brand awareness and drive sales conversions.

Full of fresh ideas, we’re looking for someone who understands how to tell a brand story in a compelling, consistent way across multiple channels. An appreciation for interiors, design, and thoughtful storytelling is key, and demonstrable experience delivering marketing strategy / campaigns across digital marketing channels for e-commerce is essential, along with familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

As a small and growing brand this role is very hands-on, with plenty of room to shape it and contribute your ideas as we build something meaningful together.

What you will be doing

As part of our small and passionate team, you’ll develop & implement our marketing strategy in a way that reflects our values and aesthetic working closely with the founders. Your work will help us reach new audiences, tell our story in fresh and compelling ways, build brand awareness, and drive sales.

  • Working closely with the founders to set specific marketing goals:
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets & values + develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  • Establish a strong web presence
  • Helping us grow our presence within the interiors, parenting and cultural communities by identifying new opportunities and touchpoints.
  • Writing and/or producing short form content such as product stories, artist spotlights, interior curation and early years development / creative education.
  • Analyse sales and marketing metrics
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Potential to seek out and develop partnerships or collaborations with like-minded companies.
  • Working closely with founders to ensure everything we share is in line with our tone, values, and visual identity.

This is a freelance role with flexible hours, perfect for someone with a genuine love for interiors, design and creative collaboration.
