Job Description
Jelly is an award-winning animation production company and artist management agency who represent a selection of global artists, designers, and animation directors producing work for clients around the world, we have a presence in London and NY.
With an incredible studio in the heart of Fitzrovia and an office in New York, we have a roster of over 45 animation directors, illustrators, lettering and type artists and create everything from high end CGI TVCs to online GIF content, to static print campaigns and print brand collateral (and everything in-between). Our output across our roster of talent and our internal creative studio Jelly&, is forever changing and evolving in ways that constantly inspire and compel us. We work closely alongside our sister visualising and scribing studio; Three Blind Mice.

Our team is in search of a Head of Communications to help us ensure the company has a strong online voice to reflect its industry profile and public affairs objectives and is engaged in the wider conversation around the business of illustration
The Job
In this exciting central role, you’ll shape and execute a sales-driven marketing strategy to promote Jelly’s and Three Blind Mice’s services, whilst managing and growing our online presence across our website, social media channels and industry-specific online platforms.
You’ll work closely with the sales team as well as founders Chris Page and Charlie Sells to create unique, targeted and engaging content, campaigns and events to build B2B brand awareness and instil confidence in our skills and approach to future clients.
At the moment this role is remote, with the option to either work from our studio or remotely however as lockdown restrictions ease, this flexi work situation will change to working from the studio 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Account Management: London, NY and Three Blind Mice.
Website Management including working with our external web developers to continually improve the site
Managing our profiles on other industry platforms such as The Dots and Pinterest
Visual Content & Asset Creation (including production of display assets for social media).
Managing our marketing content calendar and sales toolkit
Written content including newsletters and article creation
Design and formatting of email campaigns
Quarterly reporting & analytics of all of our marketing channels (including website traffic)
SEO management
Managing others to update our sister company - Three Blind Mice’s - social media
Industry-Award applications
Marketing and PR support for our clients / artists as well as Jelly and Three Blind Mice.
Event promotion and production (online for now)

Permanent | Salary dependent on experience
Probation period of 6 months
20 days holiday + bank holidays
