Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Producer to join our brilliant production team and help us coordinate our creative projects from briefing and conception to completion and delivery. We’re open to speaking with people at various stages of their career, so don’t hesitate to apply whether you are junior or mid-weight.

We're looking for a team-player who wants to work in a creative environment with some of the best in the business, organising the day-to-day with an eye on the bigger picture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, warm and personable self-starter, smart, motivated, quick to learn, keen to help and super curious.

There'll be plenty of scope to make the role your own and become a pivotal member of an inspiring team creating and delivering great work for some awesome brands and great agencies. The right person will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Experience or involvement in organising and coordinating creative projects and working with a creative team.
  • A track record of building lasting and rewarding client and colleague relationships.
  • Real attention to detail in creation and presentation of all project documentation.
  • A proactive nature, seeking out potential issues before they arise and finding pragmatic solutions to keep plans on track.
  • An ability to translate sometimes abstract project scopes into tangible and pragmatic project plans, balancing our clients’ needs with our collective ambition to produce outstanding and effective creative work.
  • A knack for asking the right questions of clients and the wider project team, either in briefings or simply during the course of each project - ensuring our project proposals are watertight, feasible and tailored to the specific nature of each project.
  • A confidence and willingness to negotiate persuasively but nicely on matters of money, time and expectations with a keen eye on the best possible outcomes for the project, the client and the business.
  • A good grasp and understanding of the technical aspects of all kinds of motion and animation projects, with a curiosity for new techniques as well as an understanding of workflows primarily involving Cinema 4D and After Effects.
  • Confident Mac skills are a must, as is familiarity with the tools our Producers use day to day such as Excel, GSuite, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack, Monday.com, etc.

You'll be helping with the defining of budgets, timelines and scopes of work. Resourcing projects and setting project parameters, plotting contingencies and then, as we all know, doing it all again during the course of a project as things evolve! There will be lots of liaising and building relationships with a wide range of lovely clients, with a view to becoming the go-to person for specific clients over time. There'll also be projects to QC before they are delivered, feedback to interpret, client shares to coordinate, freelancers to coordinate and book, budgets to reconcile and a great bunch of talented folk to work with. What there won't be, is late nights or weekend work (except in a very rare and unusual situation).

The role is full-time 4.5 days per week (we finish at 1pm every Friday). Primarily studio based, we encourage a combination of home and office based days.
