Shillington is on the lookout for talented, dedicated Graphic Designers who wants to take the next step in their careers and become part of our passionate part-time teaching teams in London—no previous teaching experience required!

Positions available:

• Monday/Tuesdays, 5:30-9:30pm

• Sundays, 9:30am-5:30pm

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Passion—A selfless attitude to sharing your passion, skills and knowledge in design.

Adaptability—An eagerness to work in a fast-changing atmosphere with a new cohort of students twice a year.

Dedication—A willingness to learn and develop as part of the teaching team whilst inspiring the next generation of designers.

Communication—A confident communicator both visually and verbally.

Efficiency—Well organised, exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Collaboration—Someone who slots seamlessly into and works well within our existing team, as well as the ability to guide and teach new designers.

Independence—Comfortable teaching both in person and online from home, if the situation arises.

Experience

Four years minimum design experience with an outstanding portfolio and advanced knowledge of Adobe CC & Figma.
