Who we are looking for:

We’re on the hunt for a committed and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing team based in the heart of Soho. We are looking for someone who truly is a safe pair of hands, with excellent communication skills comfortable with preparing and managing complex briefs with both the client, and the creative team.

You are at your happiest when you are building strong relationships, both with our clients and internally as well as having the ability to apply a level of quality control to all projects and managing any changes before the work leaves the door.

Most importantly we want a true team player in every sense of the word, we want an Account Executive who loves to collaborate within a varied team and will form a key support for the account management team in delivering work which makes our clients impossible to ignore.

• Strong organisational and time management/prioritisation skills

• Able to effectively manage relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard

• Flexible and remains calm under pressure

• Strong communicator – able to work with people at all levels outside and within the organisation

• Confident in expressing and sharing ideas/opinions to aid collaborative working processes

• Able to work to deadlines and budgets

• Understanding of current marketing landscape

• Commercially aware

• 2 years’ experience in marketing/advertising

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

Your responsibilities:

• Work across a range of client accounts on creative projects

• Prepare and manage briefs from the client and communicate these with the creative team

• Have creative input into projects to ensure they are in line with the requirements outlined by the client

• Monitor projects to ensure they are on track and deadlines are upheld, including providing regular updates to client(s)

• Act as a point of contact between the client and creative team

• Build and nurture both strong client relationships and relationships internally with the rest of the agency team

• Apply a level of quality control to all projects and manage any changes required before sharing with the client

• Schedule client meetings and support AM/AD with – setting the agenda where required, taking minutes of the discussion and following up with action points

• Support the AM/AD with project timelines and cost estimates

The role:

• £27-£30k starting base salary

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday working week
