We are a small but dynamic graphic design agency based near Putney Bridge, Fulham, with over 26 years of experience. Our clients range from luxury brands and visitor attractions, to leading names in the property sector. We provide services across print, advertising, digital design, brand management, and signage.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a creative team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a Middle-weight Designer, you will work across a variety of exciting projects, from corporate branding to digital campaigns. You will lead the creative process from concept to delivery, working closely with the Creative Director and our in-house web developer.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage multiple projects, bringing ideas to life across different media – from print and digital, to signage. You will also liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of all creative projects, consistently pushing for the best results. It’s a role that offers plenty of variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact.

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit an ambitious, detail-oriented designer with a passion for brand communication and digital design. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple deadlines, comfortable talking with clients, and enjoy problem-solving through design.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of two years of design experience, ideally within a similar agency or working with property sector clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and advertising.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, some After Effects).
• A solid understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them.
• Creativity, strong attention to detail, and technical know-how.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage time wisely and juggle multiple projects.
• A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude towards work.

Bonus Skills (good to have)

• Experience with Figma and creating prototypes.
• Knowledge of video editing or animation.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS.
