Job Description

We are looking for a great creative thinker who has the appetite to join our talented design team and play an influential role at Beach. You should be able to motivate a design team; challenge ideas, provide constructive criticism and inspire us all to produce outstanding work at speed. An integral part of the role will also be to support the Creative Director/Design Director in presenting work to clients. At times, you will also work alongside the Creative/Design Director to formulate ideas surrounding new business development.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience
  • A conceptual thinker who can contribute and inspire our crew with clarity and focus
  • Someone who can focus their expertise on new business development with the C.D. & D.D. when requested
  • Someone who is completely adept in building brands that live in both physical and digital spaces
  • Outstanding case studies of previous work, particularly in branding / F&B / hospitality.
  • A Designer who will work seamlessly between our team and the Creative Director
  • A creative who cares about the detail, but never loses sight of the bigger strategic picture
  • Someone who feels confident in structuring and presenting compelling creative discussions to clients
  • A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, this is a hands-on role
  • A curious and lateral mind, culturally savvy and with a hunger to learn
  • Relaxed, focused, organised, professional


  • Proficiency in Adobe Indesign / Photoshop / Illustrator (After Effects/3D - not essential)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional creative talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
