  • Working with other creatives to build cohesive brand stories, touch points and campaigns
  • Working in a small (hands-on) studio environment
  • Liaising directly with clients and suppliers
  • Overseeing, steering and managing projects
  • Taking responsibility for a creative team and its outputs
  • Communicating and leading well

It'll be a bonus if you have further experience in:

You

The work you produce is backed by research, data and a deep understanding of people.

You're aligned with our values.

You're looking to progress from Senior Designer to Creative Director.

You have the ability to see large-scale projects through from ideation to delivery.

You'll have high self-reflection skills, and you're constantly looking for opportunities to grow and improve.

You’re confident working at a high level, pitching ideas and sharing future-focussed ideas with leaders.

You want to be at the forefront of your career, sharing and implementing new ideas about the future of brands and businesses.

You have an active interest in business, change and improvement.

Have a keen eye for design principles – you live and breathe design and you're always looking for new and exciting things to share.

Have skills in providing feedback and steering the team around you towards the best outcome

Your work has depth and substance, with a preference for long-term relationships over quick turnaround projects.

You’re proactive, hands-on and happy to get stuck into all projects.

You will have minimum 10 years of studio/agency experience.

You push boundaries, and keep the audience at the heart of everything you do.

You’re looking to do the best work of your career, supported by a team who genuinely care about your growth and happiness.

Us

We're a fairly young studio, but we've been working within branding for the last 15+ years. We take a more holistic, people-focused approach towards improvement, working alongside leaders to make brands better, inside and out.

We know that problems are best solved through diverse perspectives and combined skillsets; that’s why we’re building a multidisciplinary team, to diversify our thinking and co-create impactful outcomes.

Alongside our client work, we're developing our own products and resources to really excavate and encourage the act of improvement. Leaving a legacy and making a meaningful contribution, really matters to us.

A holistic approach to progression applies internally too. That’s why we provide a personal improvement budget for each person, alongside access to coaching for personal development purposes.

We operate on the premise of shared leadership, empowering people to share responsibility, accountability and decision making. Therefore, the successful candidate will have the autonomy and opportunity to play a positive and proactive role in the development of self, the company and its culture.
