One of our amazing Broody brands - Nuud - is looking for a Brand Manager!
ABOUT NUUD
Did you know that regular chewing gum contains as much plastic as a drinking straw? No? You’re not alone!
Nuud is the plastic free, plant based, planet friendly chewing gum on a mission to rid the world of plastic gum that sticks around to harm the planet.
‘The chewing gum plastic problem is so under the radar, I hadn’t realised the size of it!’ said Deborah Meaden as we featured on BBC Dragons’ Den 2021. Nuud was described by Sara Davies as ‘a brilliant product’ and being ‘in the right space, at the right time’ by Tej Lalvani. We’ve also featured in The Times, The Economist, The Grocer and Creative Review.
Nuud is now ranged nationally with Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op and is available in over 1,500 stores across the UK. We’ve built an engaged online following and direct-to- consumer base, continue to shine a spotlight on the chewing gum plastic problem in the national press and have just partnered with Candy Kittens’ Founders Jamie Laing and Ed Williams to fuel the next phase of our growth!
Nuud is the game changer in chewing gum. We want everyone to know that regular gum contains plastic and that Nuud is the solution! So, we’re looking for someone to join Nuud’s brilliant marketing team with passion for our mission, to drive brand awareness, develop and lead activist campaigns and grow the Nuud community. We want to disrupt the otherwise boring and polluting gum category and lead the conversation on the plastic gum problem.

THE ROLE
You’ll be working closely with the Founders, Broody and Mother to shape the future of the brand. As the brand guardian you will manage the marketing strategy across channels, from campaign ideation to execution, overseeing marketing plans, developing briefs, setting objectives and targets, rallying the team to deliver them, and reporting upon performance. This is an opportunity to be a part of a mission led, game changing brand with huge ambitions for our business and planet!
Your mission will be to make people realise that chewing plastic gum is as unacceptable as using plastic straws! 🌎🌱
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning and execution of omni-channel brand marketing campaigns Coordinate output of our content strategy across online & offline marketing channels Drive reach, awareness, engagement and conversion across marketing channels.
Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across all touch-points
SKILLS & MINDSET
• We need an entrepreneur who’s not afraid to hustle, with a desire to get sh*t done and knock through brick walls if needed!
• Someone who can think on their feet and find creative ways to solve problems and harness opportunities.
• Project management and organisation skills with the ability to get the best out of colleagues, partners and stakeholders
• A campaigning mindset
• Brand management and growth hacking experience
• Knowledge of how to grow a brand and experience executing omni-channel brand
marketing campaigns with a focus
