Job Description

About us:

Our focus is to create truly unique gifting experiences and projects for our clients.

We work with a range of companies from small boutiques to larger brands such as Twitter, Spotify, Google, Netflix and Instagram. We create interesting and engaging gifts that help brands communicate with their clients and staff whilst offering an end-to-end solution from ideation to delivery. We see ourselves very much at the forefront of this.

The role:

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Corporate team and cultivate great relationships with both existing and new clients. You will support the account management team working on a shared book of clients across different verticals. You will have direct contact with the account manager’s clients and act as the conduit between our creative, production and shipping teams to ensure that every project creates an everlasting impact.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent project and administrative skills. The role is client facing and demands a knack for creative problem solving, attention to detail and strong communication skills that keeps clients in the loop at all stages of the project.

Your Main Responsibilities:

The client will be at the centre of everything you do, it’s your job to make sure we build, execute and deliver the projects as well as provide a high quality service throughout.

Supporting the account management team and being on top of the project process, you will be the key support responsible from initial inquiry right through to project completion. Including working alongside the wider corporate team to create presentations, working with the sourcing team to buy goods and production teams to fulfil the projects, ensuring clean communication between the different departments.

Your work will help build long-lasting trusted relationships with clients to execute their gifting needs and keep clients engaged through proactive communication.

A day in the life of an account executive:

Be accountable for the project related tasks you are assigned: from supporting the briefing in concept decks, estimating product costs, tracking budgets, sourcing, managing client expectations and overseeing the product development.

Projects may range from size and creativity, from very small quick orders to larger bespoke creations. You will work alongside the account managers to make sure all the work streams produce the final deliverable(s). Understanding of scope and awareness of status of all live briefs and efficient team resourcing including task prioritisation.

Be the go-to person for all status-related information and so will be expected to always be on top of progress.

Support with answering briefs and inbound sales inquiries with consistent communication and a proactive approach.

Be confident and comfortable communicating effectively with a range of personalities.

Use your organisational skills and initiative to think ahead and reduce the risk of problems.

Be a team player.

Extensive use of our CRM tool (MondayCRM) and inventory tool (Unleashed).

Executing the requirements of Unleashed properly; ensuring quotes, sales orders and purchase orders are done.

About you:

You will be organised, dynamic and energetic with a 'people' driven approach. Confident, practical and a good understanding of project management. You’ll be great at working within a team and have a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can do’ attitude, particularly when working to tight project deadlines. You’ll be ambitious and be looking to grow in the role, building towards more senior positions in the business in time.

Salary:

Perks:

Additional paid leave on bank holidays.

Pension,
