The Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Assistant to support our creative team across projects, pitches, and proposals. This is an entry-level role for someone who’s creatively driven, confident with design, and excited to get hands-on experience in the film world.

You should have some expereince with moving image, film or content.

You’ll be involved from early ideas and pitch decks through to shoots and post-production — helping bring creative concepts to life both on screen and on the page.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping prep creative treatments, image research, pitch decks, and proposals
• Designing slides and visuals for presentations (layout, typography, imagery)
• Supporting pre-production with research, scripts, and shot lists
• Film asignments/Studies
• Organising footage and assets during post-production
• Assisting with basic editing and content prep or cutsdowns & secandary deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in film, visual storytelling, and creative work
• A grafter, you have to be able to jump but also craft something until it's the best it can be
• Confidence in graphic design for decks and creative proposals (Figma)
• Happy to use a camera and keen to learn more about filming
• Organised, proactive, and good at communicating
