We’re looking for a data and technically minded Marketing Operations Executive to support our growing team and continue to build the systems, processes and campaigns that help us tell our story and grow our community.
About the Role
You’ll be the engine behind our marketing team — ensuring systems run smoothly, campaigns go live on time, and data flows where it needs to. From our live programme and restaurant to Patrons and private hire, you’ll support every part of the business in reaching audiences and delivering results. You will work closely with the Founder, the events team and the F&B team to create campaigns, content and communications for the relevant audiences. We are looking for flexible candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, a strong team player with a desire to excel, and have great interpersonal and communication skills please do apply.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Communications
- Support the delivery of digital campaigns across email, social, paid and web driving conversion across business units
- Help plan and maintain the central marketing calendar and gather information across teams
- Collaborate with the F&B and Live Programme teams to ensure messaging and assets are on-brand and timely
- Schedule and send email campaigns (Klavyio) and assist with audience segmentation
Digital Systems & CRM
- Maintain and improve the marketing tech stack (CRM, ticketing, CMS, analytics)
- Work with external developers and internal teams to ensure integrations and automation work smoothly
- Manage front-end website updates (Wordpress) and ensure performance is optimised
- Monitor and improve database health; uphold GDPR best practice
Event Marketing & Ticketing
- Upload and manage event listings, ticket sales, guestlist, seating plans and VIP management
- Liaise with artists and event partners to gather assets and ensure events are marketed effectively
- Support onsite event marketing (live social content, signage, digital displays etc.)
Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor marketing KPIs and produce regular reports
- Optimise campaigns for better conversions and engagement
- Support budget tracking for digital advertising
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of data marketing, ideally in hospitality, live events or a creative organisation
- Fluent in digital tools — you’re confident navigating CRMs, CMS platforms, ticketing systems, and marketing automation
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and ticketing platforms
- Data-driven and highly organised — you love a dashboard as much as a creative brief; ability to implement consistent structures and processes
- Warm, collaborative and comfortable working across teams
- Passionate about arts, culture, food or events (or all of the above)
