Junior Designer
Job Description
Are you a passionate and ambitious junior designer?
Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your work creates real impact, collaborates with leading brands, and is seen in cities around the world?
We believe in fostering an environment where people feel challenged and stimulated, with great support. We’re looking for a senior graphic designer with strong brand identity experience who is ambitious, eager to learn, and brings great energy to the studio.
We’re proud to be a female-founded business where women make up over half of our team. We value diversity, collaboration, and a strong creative vision.
Role
We’re looking for a Junior Designer who’s excited to get stuck in — someone who brings energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude to every project. You’ll help keep things moving, supporting the team and sometimes taking the reins on creative briefs.
You’ll be involved at lots of different stages, so it’s important that you’re adaptable, organised and up for a challenge. You’ll explore ideas, shape them into great design, and help bring them to life across a variety of formats — all while keeping an eye on deadlines and details.
You’ll work closely with our creative and design directors, and you’ll always have the support of the senior team when you need it. Asking questions and learning on the go is part of the process, and we’re here to help you grow.
Most importantly, we want you to enjoy being part of the team — to share ideas, stay curious, and have fun while doing work you’re proud of. If you love design, care about communication, and want to keep developing your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What we're looking for
As part of the team, you'll help keep projects on track — making sure design work is delivered on time and in line with the bigger picture. From research and early concepting through to delivery, you’ll support the process and take the lead on smaller tasks like tech packs, holding pages, or invites.
Communication is key. You should feel comfortable talking through your design thinking with the team, explaining the ‘why’ behind your decisions. You’ll also have a chance to share your work at our weekly Wednesday design meetings.
Feedback is part of how we grow. We value constructive, kind, and thoughtful feedback — and we all give and receive it with an open mind. You should feel confident suggesting changes and implementing feedback where needed.
You'll be encouraged to bring your ideas to the table and work with senior creatives to shape them further. When faced with a design challenge, we look for people who can explore a range of possible solutions quickly.
Details matter. We pride ourselves on thoughtful, high-quality work — so a sharp eye for detail is important across everything you do.
Tools of the trade. You should be comfortable using Adobe CC and Figma. Bonus points if you know your way around Blender or Cinema 4D, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
