Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer with a strong conceptual mindset and sharp design sensibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning concepts and ideas into compelling design systems. You will collaborate closely with the wider team to shape brand identities, campaigns and activations, with an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in brainstorming and ideation to support creative strategy and concept development of projects.
• Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, colour systems and visual languages that connect with strategic thinking.
• Translate creative concepts into well-executed graphic design assets across various formats for both print and digital applications.
• Design for a variety of mediums including editorial layouts, packaging, campaigns, websites, posters, social media, pitch decks, and presentations to name a few.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all touchpoints; presenting designs, explaining concepts, and communicating with other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a creative agency or studio environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ), knowledge of other applications such as After Effects and Figma a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding, editorial, and conceptual work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Adept at working under pressure and solution oriented, with an ability to take ownership of a project and justify creative / technical decisions.
• Ability to take a project from idea to execution independently and collaboratively.
• Strong illustration and image making skills; adapting to new technologies and trends - staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and techniques.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, and other design fundamentals.
• Comfortable with iterative workflows, feedback, and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with production and manufacturing processes.
• Interest in and knowledge of art / culture / fashion / music / culture.
