The Role

Paradym is looking for a proactive and strategic creative designer with 3+ years of experience to help bring the Paradym product and vision to life working across Product, Psych & Marketing. The role would be part time to begin with, with the intention of transitioning into a full time role.

We are looking for someone with a sharp visual eye and practical experience of bringing concepts to life across various media. You should be a great visual communicator and be comfortable working on several creative projects at one time. The role would suit someone who has a passion for psychology and human behaviour, who is also highly tech-savvy and interested in all things digital.

Software skills required:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Power Point
  • Wordpress (Html, CSS or basic coding skills a bonus)
  • Mailchimp (email templates and an understanding of automation)
  • Bonus if you have experience using Audition, Figma or Sketch

Your skills will come to life working cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing & Product on:

  • Branded creative content - including graphic design, video, audio & animation
  • Website & digital design
  • Product design including app, workshops & online community
  • Developing marketing materials across platforms including newsletter & events
  • Social Media - organic & paid content

You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience either as an in-house or agency designer
  • Passionate about mental health and creating social impact
  • Have strong visual communication skills
  • Impeccable typography, layout and creative design skills demonstrated in a portfolio
  • Experience producing materials for a tech product across digital platforms
  • Highly empathic
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced and agile start-up environment
