Not Actual Size is a collective of creatives and strategists who build respect for brands. We are an independent, employee-owned B Corp, working in partnership with Global brands such as Dove, Sure/Rexona, and Roche.

Our services cover the digital creative spectrum – from truly social-first content creation to turning unseen insights into big campaign ideas. We also never forget the beautiful basics and take pride in crafting product pages or lifestyle shots that truly resonate – for us, every detail matters. Our strategy team works closely with our creative team and client partners, providing data, insights and reporting to influence decisions and boost innovation.

About the role

The Editorial Team at Not Actual Size are specialist writers and editors behind the ideating, writing, editing and proofreading that goes into creating all of our written content, both externally and internally. They are the team responsible for generating great-quality copy and clever, commercially minded ideas, giving our content purpose and meaning that resonates with specific audiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Writing compelling, commercially minded, creative copy for our brands, focusing on specific formats, such as captions for IG or PDPs for .com
  • An advocate for creative culture at NAS, helping to inspire the team to expand creative awareness and push boundaries
  • Working closely with a designer, supporting the senior writer with ideating creative concepts that give our content purpose and meaning
  • Actively participating in NAS sessions by sharing and creative brainstorms, presenting industry news, interesting perspectives and inspirational content
  • Supporting Editorial Team in the development and application of NAS branding, ensuring quality of copy upholds company values (and work)
  • Supporting developing positioning with clients that NAS is the content expert, being valued for high-quality specialist opinion and knowledge

About you:

You will have a minimum of 3 years industry experience, ideally within an agency but this isn’t a deal breaker.
