Senior Creative Designer
Job Description
About The Park
The Park is an award-winning experiential agency, founded in London in 2018 by three friends with eclectic backgrounds in client-side marketing, events, advertising, psychology, TV, PR, and sponsorship. The Sydney office launched in 2021.
At its core, The Park is an experiential agency, but we have a broad view of what experiential marketing is. Simply, it’s doing something not just saying something. We’re on a mission to redefine the cultural and commercial power of experiential marketing.
We work with brands that stand for something (the likes of DreamWorks, Pinterest, and H&M) and help them prove it to their customers and internal stakeholders, by creating Brand ProofTM.
Our work spans physical experiences, digital experiences, social media, content, design, employee experience, and much more. And we like our people to be as varied as the work we create.
Working at The Park
Our culture is everything to us and it’s underpinned by three founding values:
Diversity Makes The World Better- We think the most creative, fun and interesting environments are the ones that have the most varied types of people from the broadest array of backgrounds with the most eclectic views.
Simplicity Is Clarity- we are committed to using no buzzwords and never hiding behind complexity. If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it.
There’s Always A Way- it’s the attitude we take to everything, there’s a way to make anything happen.

We work in a hybrid way, driven by our Purposeful Work approach; the full team come into the office on Mondays (planning, team meeting and resource focus), Wednesdays (collaboration and creativity focus), and Fridays (culture focus), with everyone free to work from where they want on Tuesdays and Thursdays (deep work focus). There will, however, be times where live projects or events require extra days in the office or on-site.

Everyone at The Park has twenty-five days a year to go on holiday and you are encouraged to take all of them. If you don’t, you can carry up to five days over to the following year. We’re very lucky to work in a creative industry, on exciting projects, with good people. There are lots of people in this world whose situations are not as lucky as ours. So, we think it is very important to give back to society and the local community. We want to encourage people to volunteer for good causes in various forms. To help do that we have one day a year where the company gives up it’s time to help a cause and we will also provide two additional paid days leave for anyone at The Park to take part in volunteering.
Employee Benefits
We have a range of policies that we feel are important:
Life assurance – just in case anything happens to you, all our employees are insured. In the event of the worst happening, their loved ones and nominated beneficiaries would receive an immediate tax-free cash benefit of 4x salary.
Critical illness – the unfortunate incidence of very serious illnesses like cancer are prevalent in modern society. Should any member of our team suffer from something this serious we would not want them to have to also be worried about their immediate financial position. We are all insured for a sum of £50,000 paid on diagnosis, tax free, in order to relieve this financial stress that such an event could create.
Pension - One day we will all retire! In order to make this a ‘happy’ event we all need to save. We have teamed up with Royal London to create a bespoke arrangement. Both you and the company save towards your retirement, and you can access your personal information and see how you are doing via the Royal London App and website.
