Job Description

We’re looking for a keen Junior Producer / Project Manager who has a knowledge of working with video production, with a focus on content for social media.

In a client-facing role, you'll be working with our video editors and designers to help produce content that will stand out. Part of our project management team, you will primarily be managing the delivery of social creative content for an array of entertainment, gaming and pharmaceutical clients, including Walt Disney Animaton/20th Century Studios, Microsoft Xbox, SEGA and Amgen Pharmaceuticals .

Required skills, experience and competencies

The ideal candidate...

  • has approx. 2 years Production/Project Management experience in the Digital Media industry
  • has basic knowledge of A/V Production Pipeline - how a project progresses from start to finish
  • has basic knowledge of the logistical side to A/V Projects - including crewing, scheduling, call sheets, risk assessments, release forms, insurance, COVID-19 protocols
  • has basic knowledge of shoot equipment and which is necessary for which type of project
  • has basic knowledge of Post-Production process and timelines - working in tandem with the studio team to meet deadlines but allow adequate resources
  • is knowledgeable about social creative formats within Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.
  • is able to plan ahead and identify problems with a practical and logical, solutions based approach
  • has strong internal and client facing communication skills
  • feels comfortable working within a fast-paced team environment on various projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and has proficient problem solving skills
  • has strong IT skills – Google suite, project management tools (Asana), Slack etc.

It would be nice for you to...

  • have experience with game capture
  • be keen to work with the team to input on ideas for proposal and campaign ideas
  • have experience of marketing projects and related services with a keen eye for design and the commercial responsibilities of all assets
  • have an interest in and enthusiasm of the latest digital technologies
  • have knowledge of the capabilities of the main suite of studio creative tools including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
  • have a basic understanding of budgeting for productions
