We seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Business Development Team located in City, London.

Package:

£42,000 based salary + commission + benefits

Overall Purpose of Job:

To oversee and lead the design and quality of bid production of the business development design team. In this role, you will lead the creative strategy for tenders, and presentations and ensure that we are delivering compelling and competitive visual representation and core values of Elior UK.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To lead the bid design team in creating high-quality tenders and presentations to tight deadlines.
  • Deliver and inspire innovative and market-leading work, ensuring project briefs are clear and that deadlines are met.
  • Develop the creative team through a monthly ‘Design Forum’ and by assessing and addressing training needs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand what Sales needs to be market-leading and how the creative process can support the pipeline.
  • Visit sites and liaise with internal departments regularly to ensure company innovation and best practice is captured in our bids.
  • Build and maintain a strong library of graphics, photos, videos, and other visual material.
  • Support the creation of materials for Senior Leadership Team presentations and meetings as required.
  • Ensuring that all design work is consistent with our brand guidelines within each sector and communicates our messaging effectively.
  • Creating visually appealing graphics for a variety of tender presentations and materials.
  • Creative development of client-specific brands and marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to be used in bids.
  • Liaise with the business development and retention team and engage key stakeholders for signoff of key activity.

Experience and Knowledge: Desired

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, InDesign).
  • Experience leading and managing design for bids and understanding of the presentation and quality of work required to win.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in both print and digital media.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to assess deadlines and lead times across projects and plan accordingly.
  • Experience with print production processes.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a flexible creative approach.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience.
