Job Description

We are looking for an awesome project manager to join our team and support our growing agency. The role will be fully remote across project / studio management but mainly looking after our ongoing client support service - ‘SiteCare’. It will give you an opportunity to explore the potential paths in the agency whilst having a big impact on our day to day scheduling,

Ideally, you have some of the following:

  • At least 1.5 years agency experience within a Project Management role
  • Organised, and love a spreadsheet
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confident working across multiple project tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Confident delegating inline with budgets
  • Have an eye for design and interest in the creative industry

Day to day:

You will be supporting our Project Management team, and learning the ins and outs of the agency. Your role will consist of different management and maintenance tasks, supporting our design, development and marketing teams internally, but mainly managing our client communications for website SiteCare projects.

SiteCare and retainer projects:

  • Managing and scheduling the SiteCare ticketing system
  • Owning legacy client projects, such as website reskins or bigger changes to their existing website
  • Participating in client kick off meetings, taking notes and preparing them in a correct format to be shared with the team / clients
  • WordPress content migration / small content updates
  • SiteCare monthly reports & QA
  • Support website launches (redirect tables, QA etc.)

Some more of what you will be doing:

  • Analysing on-going project data and reporting on status
  • Manage and schedule our SiteCare client partnership offering
  • Helping organise team building activities and meetings
  • Managing the team’s weekly timesheets
  • Keeping the KOTA handbook up to date
