Position Overview:
The Content and Marketing Manager will be instrumental in defining and elevating the brand for our client across diverse social channels, encompassing strategic marketing, social media management, and hands on content creation. We seek a creative individual with a strong grasp of modern social media, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
As the Content and Marketing Manager, you will oversee our client’s social media channels, partake in content production, and execute marketing campaigns for key events such as album releases, live shows, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive brand expansion through captivating content across various platforms, craft narratives that deeply resonate with the target audience, and execute innovative marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities within this role:
Content Creation and Strategy
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the client’s brand and objectives across various social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels, considering key events, campaigns, releases, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative concepts into engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our client’s target audience while aligning with the brand's identity and tone of voice.
Social Media Management
• Manage all social media across various channels for our client.
• Maintain the client's presence on all social media platforms, nurturing an engaged community of followers and fans by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a prompt and authentic manner.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the client and music industry to identify growth and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns related to the client’s key events, releases, and other promotional activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each stage of the marketing funnel, from building awareness to driving conversion and fostering strong brand positioning.
• Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts at each stage of the funnel.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of ongoing content, social media, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular content and marketing reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights for improvements.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including artists, industry partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure collaboration, effectiveness, and forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Facilitate dialogue and feedback sessions to ensure that content and marketing deliverables consistently surpass stakeholder expectations.
