This is an exciting opportunity to transform social content across all of Hearst UK’s homes titles. Working as part of the Social Community within the Audience Development team, you will drive engagement and growth across all social platforms, helping to set, implement and monitor a multi-platform strategy that delivers traffic, inspires engagement, drives revenue and builds brand affinity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Social Manager, Homes will liaise and collaborate with all of Hearst UK’s homes brands to create, publish and analyse editorial social content.

Whether that’s commissioning a bespoke Instagram carousel for Country Living, developing a social plan around the next House Beautiful cover launch, or editing a video to jump on a TikTok trend, every day will be different and will involve collaboration with the entire homes portfolio.

You’ll use metrics and insights tool to develop organic social strategies, deliver high-quality content and grow new audiences.

Working alongside the E-Commerce and Content Partnerships teams, you’ll also help maximise the impact of affiliate and monetisable content across all platforms.

ABOUT YOU

You must have demonstrable experience publishing on all major social platforms, and be able to adapt to represent all of the Hearst UK homes brands.

The ideal candidate will have lots of original ideas, creative flair and will be an expert in creating engaging social video.

They must be confident writing catchy and accurate social sells and have a proven track record of successfully driving audience growth and website traffic on social platforms.

Reporting on and learning from key analytics should be second-nature.
