Hempstead May is looking for a charismatic Studio Manager and Rep.

This exciting role will explore new business opportunities whilst managing an impressive roster of existing clients. Previous photo rep experience within the industry is advantageous. It would suit a positive and self-motivated individual who will work closely with our Director and support a team of Creative Digital Artists. The role will oversee global advertising campaigns, editorial projects, fine art printing & exhibitions whilst pushing our emerging moving image department & creative spaces. This is a brand-new role providing a great opportunity for a person looking to grow within a fun and creative company, working in the post production and photographic industry.

Your day to day responsibilities:

Checking in with the Production team on ongoing projects and monitoring progress & costs against budget

Checking in with existing clients and maintaining relationships

Researching and reaching out to new clients

Pushing both the post-production department and the gallery space

Client meet & greets and portfolio showings

Estimating for new projects

Overseeing social media drive and inputting with marketing strategies

Invoicing and supplying accounts with monthly forecasts and projections
