We’re a full-service creative and strategy agency based in the shadow of the Tate Modern and deliberately distant from the geographical heartland of Adland Central.

Summary of role:

BMB's project managers collaberate accross the agency to make great ideas happen.

We don't put our PM's into strict boxes, you'll be working across mulitle projects and teams.

We're looking for a forward-thinking, creatively driven, collaberative PM to join our team of humans, and help support them across some amazing clients and new business opportunities.

The Project Manager drives the success of multiple creative projects from brief to delivery. You will be experienced in project management and production across all aspects of the advertising mix (ATL, Social and Digital).

You will be curious, creative, concise, courteous, collaberative, coordinated and charged about your commitment to great ideas.

Key responsibilities:

The Work

• The project manager will be a highly organised and efficient coordinator, overseeing and managing the execution of creative, integrated projects.

• Create and maintain a project schedule which defines activities, dependencies and resource requirements.

• Schedule reviews and ensure all relevant parties are in attendance.

• Creating an environment and conditions in which a defined objective can be achieved, remove noise and road blocks.

• Implement an efficient work and creative development process to enable delivery of high-quality creative, artworks, and presentation materials.

• Acquire the necessary and appropriate resources, both internally and externally, to meet the specific project needs and ensure the most efficient delivery of the project.

• Collaberate with the Account Management team and other departments to ensure efficient flow of work through the agency.

• Forecast, track and manage project budgets, PO’s and invoices

We need:

• Experience working as a project manager in the advertising sector

• Demonstrate collaberation, communication and organisational skills along with ability to plan ahead and create solutions to issues as required

• The project manager should be the undisputed driver of the creative process and ensure the integrity and quality of the creative output across all agency channels.

• Forecast, track and manage project budgets, PO’s and invoices

• Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise, multi-task and to manage the creative process from start to finish

• The PM should instil good financial practice across the wider project team
