About the role
As an Art Director, you'll be the creative force translating Almenr’s vision into compelling visual stories. Your strength spans both digital and physical spaces, creating immersive experiences rather than merely visuals. You will oversee everything from visual identities to digital campaigns, working across platforms such as Figma, Webflow, and physical presentations.
Your tasks will include
- Developing visual identities and strong concepts for villages and projects.
- Designing landing pages, campaigns, and creative digital solutions.
- Visual storytelling through print materials, presentations, and branding assets.
- Ensuring coherence across our creative universe – digital and physical.
- Collaborating closely with our Brand Director, Marketing Lead, video journalist, UI/UX designer, and community managers within our platform team.
- Developing our identity.
Who you are
- Extensive experience in digital and physical design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging design solutions.
- Strategic thinker, creative innovator, and brave enough to challenge the conventional.
- Skilled in internal coordination and managing external creative profiles.
- Experienced or interested in social media, digital communities, and experiential design.
