Role:
We're on the lookout for an energetic and driven Project Manager with a minimum of 3+ years experience in creative or brand agency roles. As a Project Manager at Studio DRAMA, you'll be at the helm of managing our creative team, projects, and client relationships. Based in our East London studio, you'll oversee project coordination and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope. This role is client-facing, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
From streamlining operational processes to driving new business opportunities, you'll play a pivotal role in the success and growth of Studio DRAMA. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing project management, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and providing strategic support for project timelines and budgets. With your proactive approach and keen attention to detail, you'll help elevate our creative output and strengthen client relationships.
Operational Processes:
- Streamline and optimise internal operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective project workflow management.
- Conduct quarterly audits of creative resourcing, meticulously tracking both in-house and freelance expenditure.
- Perform thorough audits of studio overheads, identifying opportunities to streamline costs and enhance studio efficiency.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Notion, G Suite, Keynote, and/or Pitch.
New Business Development*:
- Help drive the pursuit of new business opportunities to support Studio DRAMA's growth
- Proactively identify and secure potential clients, leveraging personal and professional networks.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximise project potential and referrals.
- Create and deliver strategic action plans to develop relationships with key clients.
*While this role is not exclusively focused on new business, we do encourage the candidate to actively support directors and seek out potential new clients. As a small studio, your contributions will be highly valued, and incentives will be provided for successful client acquisitions.
Account/Project Management:
- Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and creative teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Provide strategic support for project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Write proposals and conduct cash flow forecasting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop strategic recommendations and proposals.
- Lead client presentations and meetings, resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and NDAs.
Where:
You'll be based at our office in Shoreditch (Hoxton Sq. to be precise)
Work hours are from 9:00(ish) am to 6:00 pm
4 days a week in the studio 1 day WFH
This will be a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to extend.
