Job Description

We are building something special at Three: an in-house agency that is re-energising the brand and taking our marketing to new heights.

You will be part of the agency, sitting in the team managing the production of marketing campaigns and report into the Print Production Manager.

In this role, you’ll help look after the instore POS & print become an expert in creative and print production, applying your knowledge to get the best results, using appropriate printing processes.

At the same time you will work on our window displays - looking for innovative ways to bring creative ideas to life in 3D form.

You’ll have 2-3 years of experience in a creative agency, ideally within the production environment. You will come with a desire to further develop your expertise in print for retail.

You’ll be pro-active and bring energy, share ideas and help make this a team that talented people want to be a part of.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for print and window related enquiries

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish

• Monitor projects and keep stakeholders updated

• Brief suppliers on upcoming work

• Collaborate with the in-house agency team and its internal customers

• You will understand external supplier’s capacity and capability, including their ability to respond to challenging timelines.

• You’ll reduce costs, whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with suppliers.

• Support the success of the in-house agency to deliver against our creative ambitions for the brand.

• You will be able maintain quality whilst helping the team to deliver to short deadlines and fast turn-round times.

• Develop positive relationships with marketing and other roles that brief the IHA, helping them to help the IHA generate quality work.

• You will produce job specifications and tenders that deliver great value.

• Proactively seek to innovate and to improve process

• Exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders

• Become an expert in issues relating to sustainability and print

• Delivery of innovation in store in-POS, seeking partners offering innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience in basic print techniques, materials and print finishes would be beneficial

Experience of working with designers and artworkers

Experience of retail sector with an understanding of opportunities and challenges that come with production for a large retail estate

Experience of managing window displays for retail

Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge and understanding of materials and colour-management.

Experience in purchasing marketing and retail print requirements
