What you will need to do!

• Design, develop and integrate digital content for advanced VR/AR/MR research initiatives, prototypes, experiments, and user experiences

• Be innovative to find solutions to technical challenges through art production

• Optimise content through training and developing artists and designers

• Support to the studio team by managing the art pipeline and general workflow

• Contribute to research and development and be open to learning new technologies and practices

What we need you to bring!

• Comprehensive knowledge of the production pipeline

• Excellent skills in a major 3D software package

• Experience in hard -surface and organic modelling

• Familiarity of programming languages such as C++ or C#

• Strong knowledge of unity

• Capable of working within the limits of the game engines/hardwares, curating file sizes, polygon counts, frame rates and loading speeds

• Understanding of lighting, post-processes, particle systems, material setup and general workflows inside Unity

• Ability to creatively apply Unity’s sequencer tools to implement story characters, stage elements and scripted events in different environments

• Experience in developing and maintaining resources and pipelines along with programmers

• Understanding of shader networks and procedural texturing

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Animation, 3D Design or Computer Science or an experience within the industry
