Role Summary

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic campaigns and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns to meet client objectives. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, project management and production, to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.

Assisting the wider team, the Senior Account Manager will ensure efficient account operations and will instill a strong client service ethic to deliver against our scope of work with exceptional quality output.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Account Director managing the running of the accounts, assessing client needs and objectives, managing briefs from start to finish as well as nurturing stakeholder relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, maintaining and developing strong, positive client relationships and ensuring needs are fully understood and met
  • Working with the Senior Account Director in planning of accounts, processes and meeting financial and strategic client goals in addition to preparing and delivering presentations and reports
  • Managing the smooth day-to-day running of accounts at all times, ensuring everyone is fully informed and proactively managing expectations. The Senior Account Manager will have an unbending commitment to providing quality service to clients
  • Manage the delivery of client briefs across multi-channel campaigns and projects against agreed timeframes, budgets, resources and outcomes
  • Contribute to the client brief process, working collaboratively with the Senior Account Director, wider Client Services team as well as Strategy, Creative, PR and PMO to ensure aligned, innovative, insight-driven campaigns agreed
  • Project manage campaigns effectively, managing multiple priorities and ensuring clear direction and communication with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally
  • Research and understand our clients’ businesses and markets as well as current industry trends

  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of managing multiple client accounts within B2B and/or B2C integrated marketing agencies
  • Experience in or a passion for the technology space, ideally blockchain or Web3 – can thrive in a creative, innovative and disruptive industry
  • Strategic, forward thinking, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Challenger mindset and insights driven - able to ask meaningful questions of the client to get to the “why”
  • Excellent client management experience - able to grasp client needs and businesses quickly, build trust and develop strong relationships with even the most challenging of clients
  • Strong team player that is highly collaborative and emotionally intelligent
  • Agile, adaptable, flexible and resilient - changing goal posts and a dynamic, fluid working environment will not phase you and you will enjoy bringing structure and process to the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills - you will thrive on working collaboratively, ensuring all the moving parts are in alignment and on track to be delivered successfully
  • Strong project management experience, excellent planning and organisational skills, process oriented with high attention to detail – able to focus on the big picture while also being “hands on”, ensuring the finer details don’t get missed and the day-to-day tasks are getting done
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills with the ability to create insight-led and impactful client proposals
