Job Description

As Social Media Manager you are responsible for creating to the strategy of ongoing projects in addition to ensuring the projects you are entrusted with are kept coherent with existing strategies. Working in collaboration with the social team you will be a support role on larger projects in addition to running tasks given to you with efficiency and communicability.

Main Duties & Responsibilities (in no particular order):

• First point of contact for clients

• Conducting weekly client and team meetings in a timely manner, preparing any content which may need to be discussed

• Having an active role in team activities

• Supporting in research across existing and new business pitches where the Creative Services

Manager feels you are best placed to help. Sourcing images, writing copy, reseaerching relevant

information

• Keeping accurate notes on account activities, requests for post changes, new brief, client's

preferences and concerns etc

• Assessment and contribution to the marketing and brand image of The Ready House; from help with copy, through to social media content we produce and share.

• Working closely with the team to support on all projects and taking initiative to offer time to assist

• Time tracking accurately on what tasks, projects and clients you're working on

• Engaging in your clients' vision to grow their brand on social media from coming up with ideas for production work which could elevate the tone to making suggestions in house to enhance the brand strategy

• Responding to cultural stimulus which relates to your client's account in a responsive timely manner

• Previous role in social media / advertising or strategy creation

• Approachable but assertive.
