About the role... We're looking for an experienced facilities expert with creativity in their bones, impeccable organisational skills, excellent financial acumen and a love of working in a busy and collaborative environment, to come and join the Mother Family!
Working into our Global Facilities Director, this person will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our 400-person building space.
Areas of impact will include leading a team made up of Front of House, our six Crew members and an Office Manager (plus working closely with our outsourced chefs and cleaners), procurement and budgeting, safety, security and compliance, project management and ultimately ensuring that our space offers a first-class experience for every person who walks through our doors.
Our dream hire will be experienced in managing facilities for a medium-large creative space / business. They will have proven themselves to be an inspiring leader with solid knowledge of best practise people management and the ability to juggle multiple, fast-moving projects and priorities whilst consistently delivering great results.
Our working model is 3 / 2 hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays as optional wfh days. Our office is based in Shoreditch.
