Designwerk are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is keen to make an impact in a lively creative studio, working on a dedicated account. With the agency growing rapidly, there has never been a better time to join the team! You will be working on a fast-paced, dedicated account at a welcoming studio alongside a friendly team.

The Role - At a glance

+5 years’ experience in a similar role agency or brand side

Experience working on a dedicated account

Strong client management and relationship building skills

At ease communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

Open to working flexible hours across time zones - this role will act as a bridge between teams in LA and London

Solid understanding of brand, marketing and campaign

Good command of all Adobe CC programs and Microsoft office programmes

The Role - In detail

This role is working on a major entertainment client across a diverse range of projects, spanning brand identity systems, marketing strategy and integrated digital/print campaign roll out. Experience designing for brands within the entertainment, media, streaming sectors is highly desirable.

We’re looking for someone with an interest in getting to know the brand inside and out, who will quickly become an expert and dedicated guardian!

The right candidate will have experience working brand side or on a key account at an agency, with at least 5 years’ account management experience under their belt.

You will be a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere - daily turnarounds are a regular part of the job!

You will have a strong individual sense of aesthetics and be able to keep the team in check to create stylish and elevated ideas. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

Day to day, the role will look a bit like this:

Key go-to person for your clients, receiving and sharing daily feedback, managing expectations, challenging or asking questions, and transforming loose ideas into tangible briefs to build trusted partnerships with your colleagues and clients alike

Preparing quotes and costs for production and creative services

Establishing a strong understanding of your client’s brand to anticipate needs before they arise

Project planning and management of team workflow, suggesting ways of working improvements and keeping project and account health in check

Working closely with the management and studio team to pre-empt resource requirements and successfully scale for project requirements

Supporting the creative process from start to finish by responding to client briefs, collaborating with the design team to conceptualise and scope out work, ensuring that clients’ vision is clearly defined and relayed internally to effectively meet and exceed expectations

Confidently leading and managing the client, whilst acting as a buffer to inspire and protect the design team - thus contributing to high morale and a happy working environment

Demonstrating strong 360 brand understanding and natural commercial awareness to represent Designwerk as an industry leader

Organically identifying opportunities for development and drive growth for the agency, as well as continuously growing revenue on your assigned client folio

Regularly contributing to creative briefing and presenting
