Job Description

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports to: Brand Manager
  • Key internal relationships: CEO, Brand Manager, Head of On Trade, Events & Festivals Lead, Head of Trade Activation
  • Key external relationships: suppliers of brand assets and point of sale materials

Key responsibilities:

1. Designing best in class assets that maintain the company's visual identity within our brand guidelines, including presentation templates, brochure ads, posters, and various point of sale materials

2. Working cross functionally to ensure that all brand touch points across the entire team are consistent with the JUBEL brand identity

3. Building and maintaining relationships with third party suppliers to ensure delivery of branded assets in full, on time, and within a resourceful budget

4. Work with our operations team to ensure brand consistency across e-commerce touch points (e.g. Amazon, D2C, Email, Website), and develop our email marketing visual identity

5. Developing and iterating on an internal briefing framework to be used by the JUBEL team for design requirements to ensure efficient workflow and speedy delivery of branded asset requirements

6. Use your creative flair to influence the structural direction of some brand assets in order to ensure they are off-piste and word of mouth worthy, whilst also ensuring visual consistency with our brand identity

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualification: Graphic Design (or similar) degree

Knowledge & Experience

  • 2-3yrs design experience
  • Indesign and Adobe Illustrator experience
  • Working fast paced and producing assets at volume with short delivery timelines
  • Excellent eye for detail and consistency
  • Proven experience in producing of a wide range of design assets

  • Ability to manage and maintain quality output across a large number of tasks
  • Very strong attention to detail

OTHER DETAILS

  • Start date: January 2024
  • Location: Office Based, London (Kennington)
  • Salary banding: £30,000-35,000
  • Share options: every member of the team is issued share options each year they are with the business

  • Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
