About You

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Brand Manager to join the marketing team at Minor Figures. You’ll bring a wealth of experience in growing brands in the FMCG space, specifically in the start-up/scale-up space.

You will be responsible for the way the brand shows up every day in the UK, from PR to Media and everything in-between. As well as managing a small team, you will also be responsible for the Minor Figures marketing budget and creating brand plans to grow the business.

Working alongside the design, activation and e-comm teams this role is vital is creating a consistent brand across our brand touchpoints, from existing product lines to NPD.

Contract type: Full time

Roles and responsibilities

Manage a small but growing team of marketers, delegating work and providing consistent and constructive feedback. You will be invested in developing their skills and experience.

Manage and activate the master brand activity plan, from budget allocation to signing off media/campaign plans with external partners.

Campaign management across key activation periods, for example – how do we win at the London Coffee Festival?

Manage the roll out of NPD launches in the UK market, working closely with the sales team to create a compelling selling story, launch activation plan and on-going support.

Contribute to regular brainstorming sessions with our Creative Directors and the wider team.

Work collaboratively with the various teams across the organisation in the UK, Australia, and the US.

Push boundaries and help take Minor Figures to places we haven’t been before.
