Account Manager - Creative Agency
Job Description
Creative Crowd have partnered with an Independent strategically driven creative agency that specialise in well-known drink brands such as Courvoisier, Moet and many more.

Role
Taking on new briefs, generating cost estimates and creation of project timing plans
Proficient in agency processes
Managing campaigns from start to finish
Day to day client liaison and be the first point of contact with key clients on their project requirements
As each new brief comes in, prepare an onboarding document which summarises the client brief and deliverables and gives context to work.
Be the most informed person on the account knowing the next steps, key meetings and requirements on the job.
Strategic and creative thinking as required by the briefs, and available agency resources
Build trust and the confidence of clients delivering consistently and with flair and diligence
Delivering commercial targets within the agency, through organic growth of clients, and proactively building new relationships and business opportunity
Financial management of projects: including generating cost estimates, client approvals via procurement, PO tracking, invoicing, conducting regular reconciliations on jobs to track profitability. All budgets to be generated via our finance system Workflow Max. You are to become very familiar with Workflow Max and be confident in running job reports to track job profitability ensuring timesheets are completed by all personnel on the jobs you manage.
Team & Agency Management
Resource scheduling with the creative and strategy teams
Internal daily agency reporting: Update the daily ‘stand-up’ sheet with key projects and actions and share out to the agency.
Internal weekly team reporting: Update the Client Services team on status of live projects, share work and discuss learnings.
Provide project management support to the Account Director and others in the Client Services team, as well as manage the progress and profitability of your own projects.
Maintain a professional work ethic and set a good example to more junior staff
Proactively seeking out brand activations and learning opportunities to gain first hand insight, and share with the agency team and clients
Support with agency marketing efforts as required
About You
A keen interest in & a passion for the drinks industry
Up to 3 - 5 year’s agency experience
Marketing/Business degree or equivalent
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and balance multiple projects/tasks at once
Good eye for design, strong attention to detail and a creative imagination
Excellent communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills
Ability to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining high standards
Self-motivated with a willingness and ambition for career development

Salary: £38K dependent on experience
Holiday allowance: 24 days [includes 3 x days for Christmas]
Hybrid working - Ability to work from other locations as agreed by the business
