Job Description

TOUCH is hiring for a pivotal role in our busy photographic post production studio.

We need a confident manager who has experience running a studio or office environment with exceptional communication and people skills, ideally with a background in photography or post production.

We are looking for a pro-active self starter who can bring their own ideas to the position and grow to be a key member of the company.

Ideal Candidate

  • Positive and enthusiastic problem solver, able to work independently as well as part of the team.
  • Highly organised and systematic with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language, working level French a bonus
  • Apple Mac knowledge with basics in Adobe software and numbers, pages etc.
  • Two years relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing key support to the business Directors in running of the studio
  • Building up to taking ownership on production of projects, from estimate to invoice.
  • Working with the retouching team to exceed client expectations and maintain high standards
  • Ensuring high levels of client care in the studio
  • Confident handling of photographic prints and negatives
  • Organisation of studio supplies and stock
  • Support the directors in some areas of HR
  • Coordination of deliveries and couriers

Key Details

  • Monday - Friday 9am -6pm
  • Salary depending on experience
  • Based at our studio in Shoreditch
  • Great long term employment prospects.
  • 29 days holiday pa
  • Training will be given on areas as needed by the Directors of the company
  • Start date TBC - Jan 2022

Founded in 1999, Touch Digital is one of Europes leading post production houses. We work regularly on luxury fashion, still life and advertising campaigns alongside cutting edge editorials for the worlds leading brands and magazines.

We also provide post production on moving image and fine art printing services for exhibitions and galleries.

We have a full time staff of 10 people, with 3 Directors of the Business who are creative retouchers.
