The Role
Our London studio is growing with new projects, clients and into new categories.
We are looking for additional talent to evolve some of the world's most cherished and iconic CPG Brands, such as Mars, Kellogg's, Budweiser, Dunkin', and Burger King. We need a collaborative, and accomplished Program Manager to create strategic, beautiful solutions for our clients and implement them through to completion.
You will:
Deliver greater value to clients through leveraging internal and working with external talent resulting in the best creative outcomes. You will develop client trust and advocacy through effective planning and delivery across all briefs while partnering with client services to provide a consistent and excellent experience for our clients.
You champion and demonstrate collaboration between internal teams to get to the best creative solutions through meticulous planning and organisation, ensuring all workstreams are well co-ordinated.
You will report to the Director of Operations
Requirements
Inspires client confidence through effective project delivery, harnessing the creative intent, across a variety of channels
Analyses client challenges and briefs, asking the right questions, to get to the best outcomes
Effectively manages multiple project timelines across multiple clients within a Hub ensuring all deadlines are met and tangibles delivered
Partners the Creative team, to ensure creative intent is preserved across mediums
Is a key partner to the client service team, proactively driving the project through the studio internally enabling the client services team to effectively manage client expectations
Collaborates closely with Creative Services team to determine most suitable internal and external expertise required for the Client opportunity
Effectively and proactively manages internal and external communications across diverse teams, levels, and priorities
Builds strong relationships with partners, experts, and collaborators, in order to develop advocacy and attract the best talent
Works with Design Director and Creative Services to determine the right talent for projects, based on in-depth knowledge of capabilities, efficiency, costing, and desired outcomes
Proactively offers creative ideas and solutions to client challenges, considering different ways to approach the brief with an understanding of the client’s brand and business
Uses knowledge of how the business charges and resources project to drive efficiency and profitability of projects while ensuring the highest level of creative output
Works in tandem with client services to ensure project quotes accurately reflect project, acting in an advisory capacity based on previous projects and experience, providing information to assist negotiations
Works closely with Creative Services to ensure the quote is reflected in resourcing requirements.
Recognises, raises, and resolves individual project issues resulting in overburning with the Hub team and Finance as necessary
