  • Manage and develop a broad strategy to innovate and set world-class standards for social media marketing
  • Help create content that is valuable, full of fun and informative

  • Keep the social schedule like a good social calendar (AKA. Busy)
  • Understand and interpret insights from analytics and use them to help shape our strategy

  • Experience developing highly creative social media and marketing campaigns
  • An in-depth understanding of how to grow a community on social media

  • An excellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (including content requirements, audiences and adapting creative messages and assets for each platform)
  • Experience running successful paid social campaigns in an eCommerce setting
  • Experience working in social media management in a drinks, lifestyle, or beauty retail environment (preferred)

Your strengths
