Job Description

We're seeking a fantastic midweight graphic designer with experience in creating brands for organizations of all types and sizes to join our incredible creative team in London.

Want to join a team creating work with purpose and impact, collaborate with leading brands, and see the results in cities across the world?

We believe in creating an environment where people feel challenged and stimulated — with great support. We’re looking for a midweight graphic designer who is ambitious, eager to learn and brings great energy to the studio.

We’re proud to be a female-founded business where women make up over half our team.

Role

With industry experience of at least 4–5 years, your portfolio is varied in range and scope, but consistent in exciting and effective output. As an adaptable member of the team, your role will be to both lead and support the hands-on production of inspiring design work across a wide range of projects, executing work on time and to the highest standards.

Varied and flexible in your creative approach you will constantly explore ideas, striving to seek the best possible outcome. Taking direction and seeking assistance from the design directors and creative director when needed, you look to create multiple solutions to a brief. You are articulate and have strong communication skills, and are comfortable debating your process with the team. You will also be required to create client-facing presentations to explain your work and may occasionally be asked to present these externally.

You are thorough, methodical and assured — working from initial brief to final production. As an experienced designer, you will work closely with senior members of the creative and strategy teams and will be trusted to work independently or as part of a group, leading individual projects, specific project deliverables or as design support on larger projects.

You maintain an active interest in design and communication, realising its potential to contribute to your professional development.

Expectations

You report to the Creative Director and Design Directors.

You should contribute to a project as a whole, conduct research and provide support during the initial phases through to delivery. You may be required to take ownership of a larger brand or components within a project e.g. a website, brochure, app etc.

To ensure our storytelling is coherent, you should be able to plan a narrative and structure presentations accordingly.

Communication is vital and you should feel confident to talk about your design decisions within the wider internal team and articulate the rationale behind those choices. You will be required to take part in presentations with clients about the specific components you are working on.

You should be comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback and confident to suggest changes or possible solutions, which are vital to the whole team's improvement.

As part of your thinking, you should suggest multiple creative solutions to a brief and then work in tandem with more senior members of the design, strategy and digital teams to develop them further. Full engagement is essential, and you should be able to think about the bigger picture as well as the finer design details, understanding when these should be prioritised in the project process.

You should pay excellent attention to detail across projects and ensure that the timescales and schedules are met effectively from a design perspective.

You should be skilled in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, After Effects and Figma. Experience with 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus.
