• Ideally degree educated or have relevant agency experience

Role

Every day is really different. But here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:

Manage and develop client accounts through consistent high-standards of project delivery and strong relationship building

• Establish business objectives for each client project and provide full and detailed proposals that meet given budget and deadlines

• Manage own time and projects effectively and understand the need to prioritise tasks or delegate where needed

• Head up pitches and presentations - managing the development of these through the studio, working alongside the Senior Team

• Ensure all client communications are checked and are of a high standard prior to sharing with client

• Effectively manage, develop and mentor people either through line management, client teams or internal departments

• Ensure reply administration procedures (Geco, CRM system, Microsoft Teams etc.) and processes, (scoping meetings, kick offs, studio bookings etc.) are being carried out by yourself and the team

• To be fully accountable for gross margin achievement on all your projects
