Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our brilliant team and work with us to develop strategies to spread the word about our company and help generate visibility and interest from the right people. We’re open to speaking with people at various stages of their career, so don’t hesitate to apply whether you are mid-weight or senior.

We're looking for a candidate who wants to work in a creative environment with some of the best in the business, developing and executing our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, warm and personable self-starter, smart, adaptable, quick learner and super curious.

The job description includes:

  • Developing our marketing strategy together with the directors and executing it.
  • Hands-on management of our social media calendar, including planning, writing and posting. Taking initiative to curate our work, organise team Instagram take-overs and introduce new ideas.
  • Press planning and networking to connect with publications and publish material.
  • Researching conferences and arranging speaking engagements for the directors.
  • Regular reporting on marketing activities, resulting in inbound business and quality job applicants.
  • Working with our new business partners to help organise meetings online and in-person (incl. abroad), if necessary, attending those meetings.
  • Managing awards submission process.
  • Coordinating the creation of our case studies and maintaining our case study library.
  • Keep our website’s content up to date.

The right person will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Experience or involvement in developing marketing strategy and coordinating its execution within a creative company/agency.
  • Experience in running a company’s social media profiles.
  • Creative edge and ability to generate ideas are essential.
  • Team-player possessing great communication skills. Bonus points if you’ve led or coordinated a small team before (incl. briefing, coordinating and seeing through marketing projects until the end).
  • Real attention to detail in creation and presentation of marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, ability to write engaging copy, aligned with our tone of voice.
  • Good computer skills (we use Mac), and familiarity with the tools our team use day to day such as Google Workspace, Slack, Excel, Keynote, Dropbox, Zoom. Some knowledge of Adobe programs would be good, but not essential.

Please note that the extent of responsibilities will be dependent on experience and salary expectations. The role is full-time 4.5 days per week (we finish at 1pm every Friday). This role requires working from the studio 2 days per week, we encourage a combination of home and studio-based days.
